First, the University of Northern BC. HELLO?!? Wicked campus! So wicked I almost picked up a form so I could apply into the Bachelor of Arts in Nature-Based Tourism Management program and get myself a ... oh, I don't know what I'm up to now ... 17th ungrad degree.

Today I did two more presentations for Tobacco Free Sports here in Northern B.C.

Today I watched a competition Pow Wow at the University of Northern BC in Prince George. It was the first time I have ever been to a Pow Wow, and it was totally cool. It was very captivating. And colourful. And cultural.

Well ... I went in and faced the masses today. And behold, I live to tell the tale.

First let's recap: SIX HUNDRED teenagers. ONE me, armed only with spandex and a speech telling them not to smoke.

I know, I know. It's a losing battle. Janet, Oh Great Coordinator of the Tobacco Free Sports Ambassador Program, how could one single development athlete even hope to face SIX HUNDRED middle school kids and come out unscathed?

Today I got on the cutest little airplane ...

... and flew to the cutest little airport ...

... in a cute little town in Northern B.C. How cute of a town? The Central Mountain Air check-in attendant offered to drive me to the hotel because the cab was taking too long to arrive. That's how cute.
