I am such a cheat ... I totally cut my hair before the poll was even done. But as you can see, the cut-it-all-off people were winning by a landslide anyway. I donated my locks to an organization called Angel Hair for Kids. Hopefully someone else can enjoy it, cause I am sure glad they are gone!

Okay, so pretty much throughout my entire life I have always been in the process of growing my hair out. Trouble is that I always cut it before any point at which you might be able to consider it "long."

This is my cat-shaped cat tent. It finally, after a week of coaxing and courtesy of some strong cat nip, contains a cat. The other cat has been hissing and marking his territory.

I bet you totally didn't guess that I got it at IKEA. If you think the cat-shaped cat tent is totally avant-garde, then thanks, I picked it out. If you think it's more moronic than those stairs to help your invalid dog climb up onto your bed, then don't look at me, it was a gift from my mother-in-law.

Ahhhhhh ... nothing brings back childhood memories like a delicious Cheez Whiz and baloney sandwich. I rekindled my relationship with my processed pals on my trip down to Vancouver this past weekend. I know it's hard to believe, but you can't buy Cheez Whiz in Alaska. I have gone almost six years without Cheez Whiz and baloney sandwiches. Oh the travesty!

Well here it is. Not that I promised it to anyone, or told anyone about it. For those on the technologically-challenged side of the fence, it may not look like much. But my new Web site uses a content management system called Drupal, which allows me to separate the content of my Web site from the design. So I never have to re-enter all the data in my site again when I do a redesign.
